 Mindset plays a strong role and support when it comes to life and success. Our positive or negative thoughts form our mindset. There are many types of mindset but the two major types of mindset is fixed and growth mindset. 


Fixed Mindset (Negative Mindset)

A fixed mindset is the ability to believe in your own abilities and talents. People with a fixed mindset tend to avoid challenges and obstacles and end up giving up easily. People with this type of mindset give up easily with just a little mistake and say to themselves, "I'm not capable enough to do this."

People with this mindset can't have much personal growth and development because they believe in their own abilities and fear making mistakes and taking risks. Fear of failure and mistakes won't help you achieve success because failure serves as a personal growth and stepping stone to success.


Growth Mindset (Positive Mindset)

People with a growth mindset are always hungry for more learning, personal growth, and development. They always develop and increase their ability and hard work.

People with a growth mindset understand that talents and abilities can be developed. They view mistakes and failures as opportunities for learning and improvement, and they are willing to take risks to achieve their dreams and make their creativity a reality.

Negative thoughts are like a devil trying to convince you and direct you to the smoothie road that ends in destruction.

Negative thought has its own genuine reason for bringing the thought of "failure, it can't work, my family has never achieved this before, so I can't" to your mind, but don't let it convince you.

Whoever doesn't give it a try can never succeed and achieve great things in life. We don't come as experts in this life. We all learn every single day for personal growth and experience.

Never think of what if I fail; it is too hard for me, or no one has done this successfully. You might be the first person to try it and win. In addition, failure serves as an opportunity to learn and grow. The more lessons and experience you have, the more expert and successful you will become in life. 


How to stop negative thinking

No drug or supplement can stop negative thinking. You are the one who can stop or reframe it yourself. You might not know how you can stop it from happening or reframe it, so here I will list three working and easy methods to use out of multiples.

1. When negative thoughts arise, instead of dwelling on what could go wrong, focus on the possibility ahead and opportunity. Train your mindset to think of the positive even during challenges or setbacks.

2. Surround yourself with positive people and environments that will motivate and inspire you. Participate in the activities they are doing so that they will bring you joy and fulfilment.

3. Believe in yourself that you can do it no matter what. Be thinking of the benefits of it in the future. This is what triggers me as well, because I sometimes think that will this work for me. Immediately, when I start closing my eyes, I see positive imagination and an overview of the net worth of wealth I'm creating. Although it is not easy and I fail many times, that doesn't stop me.
